Information Regarding Purchase Limits

Purchases are limited to a maximum of 12 BOXes (equivalent to 1 carton) per person.
Please note that orders for BOXes and cartons will be combined, with a total limit of 12 BOXes (1 carton).

Please be aware that orders exceeding this limit may be canceled.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

We aim to ship items so they arrive on the release date, but please use this as a guide, as delivery to regions outside the Kanto area may not arrive on the release date due to postal circumstances.

We request payment within 3 days of placing an order. If payment cannot be confirmed, the order will be treated as an unauthorized cancellation.

*Please note that shipping labels will be affixed directly to the carton. (As we are selling for the purpose of opening, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for dents or damage to the carton.)
* Please note that the release date of target products may be postponed or canceled due to manufacturer's circumstances.

Regarding in-store pickup

When selecting in-store pickup, you will need the pickup email (which will be automatically sent by our system as soon as it's ready) and identification. If these cannot be confirmed, pickup will not be possible, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued at a later date.
