About Your Purchase

We plan to ship the product so that it arrives on the release date, but please note that for regions outside of Kanto, there is a possibility that it may not arrive on the release date due to postal circumstances. Please use this as a guide.

We require payment within 3 days of placing an order. If payment cannot be confirmed, the order will be treated as an unauthorized cancellation.

As a general rule, cancellations after an order has been placed will not be accepted.

* Shipping will be done with the shipping label affixed directly to the carton. (We sell these products for the purpose of opening them, so please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for dents or other damage to the carton's cardboard.)
* Please note that due to manufacturer's circumstances, the release date of the product may be postponed or the release may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

About In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup will be available from the release date onwards.
Please note that there is a possibility that pickup emails may not be sent, so in such cases, please provide your order number.

The pickup period for reserved items is within one week from the release date. If the deadline is exceeded, the order will be treated as a cancellation, and refunds will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
