Cancellations after an order has been placed will not be accepted in principle.

Although we plan to ship the product so that it arrives on the release date, please note that for regions outside of Kanto, there is a possibility that it may not arrive on the release date due to postal circumstances.

We request payment within 3 days of your order. If payment cannot be confirmed, your order will be treated as an unauthorized cancellation.

*The shipping label will be directly affixed to the carton. (We are selling this product for the purpose of opening it, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for dents in the cardboard carton.)
*Please note that due to manufacturer's circumstances, the release date of the product may be delayed or the product may be discontinued. We appreciate your understanding.
