Information about Purchases

We plan to ship orders so they arrive on the release date, but please note that for regions outside the Kanto area, delivery may not be possible on the release date due to shipping logistics. Please use this as a guideline.

We require payment within 3 days of your order. If payment is not confirmed, your order will be treated as an unauthorized cancellation.

As a general rule, cancellations after placing an order will not be accepted.

* Shipping labels will be affixed directly to the carton. (Please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for dents or damage to the carton cardboard, as these products are sold for the purpose of opening.)
* The manufacturer may delay or cancel the release of the product. Thank you for your understanding.

About In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available from the release date onwards.
Please note that there may be instances where pickup emails are not sent. In such cases, please provide your order number.

The pickup deadline is one week from the release date; reservations after this period will be canceled.
